除咗環境好，都冇咩嘢值得打卡，刺身唔新鮮，全部都係碎塊上。其他食物嘅擺盤極度求其，喺度間西餐廳，竟然上菜一條蒸魚加幾條烚菜，收費$588 ，價錢同食物質素不成正比，完全超出期望。再就係呢間扒房食嘅牛扒味道十分一般，也沒有配上任何side dish，完全冇任何影相嘅慾望，因為個大碟實在太求其。而且成個過程不停被侍應催促，體驗欠佳。埋單$2400/4個人，餐牌選擇少食唔飽，呢個價錢食到好多好嘢了，完全不推介呢間餐廳。 continue reading

    第一次黎到Harbourside Grill食飯，揀左6:30呢個時間，希望可以睇到日落，但因為今日天氣麻麻地，所以見唔到日落嗰下🥲不過淨係食個夜景都好足夠了😻✅Starter- Salmon Tartare 三文魚魚油勁香勁出，就算撈埋個dressing都唔會比其他調味搶咗三文魚嘅味道👅三文魚itself都好有彈性，唔係淋滋滋/一pat野咗!撈埋牛油果同佢個dressing呢個配搭簡直一流👍🏾✅Main- Ribeye🥩塊扒我地叫左medium rare，每塊扒都可以揀一個sauce. 我地問左店員佢地recommend邊款sauce之後就跟左佢個recommendation揀左Bordelaise sauce🍷 塊牛好香牛味，不過如果下次要我再揀，我會揀西冷，因為ribeye真係好多筋。塊牛on top仲有一個有辣味嘅牛油，個人認為唔洗加任何sauce同牛油去食呢塊牛扒都得，加完反而有啲喧賓奪主✅Main- Sea Bass, crushed potatoes, lobster bisque🐟個龍蝦湯絕對驚艷到我味蕾，超級香龍蝦味！撈埋薯蓉食超正🥰個鱸魚都做到好滑身，唔會因為煎完而鞋咗。Presentation亦都好得體，打卡-able📸因為今日晏晝食得太多野，黎到Harbourside Grill都試唔到太多野🫠下次黎嘅話想試埋個Apple Tarte Tatin😻Revisit!? : Of course😻View from Harbourside Grill continue reading

    無敵海景加優秀服務🥳🥳今日抓緊暑假的尾巴，又甘岩有開心事慶祝🍾🏠，就揀左呢間有無敵大海景的餐廳二人撐枱腳!!環境十分光猛，坐得舒適，我地點左3 courses嘆下😆😆Starter生呑拿魚片配粟米粒魚生片生鮮，但唔夠凍，味道開胃。鴨肝醬凍肉批好吃不膩，配上多士，值得推介。Main course燒春雞配薯蓉雞皮外脆，香口，但雞肉稍微有點老，配料有洋蔥粒，有心思，解膩。Dessert蘋果批配雪糕熱的蘋果批撞上凍的雪糕，味道不錯。凍朱古力批配開心果醬甜品香甜，一試難忘。服務十分好，主動送上慶祝小蛋糕還送上即影即有相片，有個開心回憶😚😚 continue reading
