To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城匯集了各方的美食，很多特色餐廳，質素非常高，而今天我來到的是約旦主廚親自主理的地中海菜：Lamees ☺️主廚Tarek曾經在多間香港酒店就職，亦為各國領事館預備私人晚宴，是不能錯過的特色地中海餐廳✨🌟HallumiHallumi是一道由烤芝士製成，質地獨特，略帶彈性且帶有咸味。外層酥脆，內部軟綿，有着濃郁的芝士香味👍🏻芝士搭配青椒紅椒，紫洋蔥，蕃茄等新鮮材料一起烤焗，濃郁美味💗🌟Truffle Mushroom Flat Bread松露野菌扁麵包，外型像細細的Pizza，由鬆脆的扁麵包作底部，搭配香氣四溢的松露和鮮美的蘑菇組成✨口感豐富多樣，結合了麵包的酥脆口感、松露的濃郁，以及蘑菇的鮮嫩，味道層次豐富😋🌟Lamb Rigatoni羊里脊肉長通粉，以嫩滑的羊里脊肉搭配厚身意粉烹煮而成。羊肉的肉質鮮嫩多汁，表面煎香，帶着陣陣羊肉的香味，但一點也不羶👍🏻這道菜入面添加豐富的天然香料：芫茜，蕃茄，紫洋蔥，甜椒，孜然，使其風味更加豐富✨🌟Cake El Tamir蜜棗蛋糕伴雲呢拿雪糕和脆餅，造型非常漂亮，吸引眼球，增加食慾😋雲呢拿雪糕香滑，蜜棗蛋糕軟糯可口，冰火相融，再加上堅果朱古力醬汁
