最近銅鑼灣皇室堡開咗間新店，入門口就有個吸睛又打卡able嘅水池，裝潢採用歐洲宮廷風，窗口位可以欣賞維園景色，整體空間感十足，食物方面主打多款法國料理同甜點，想去嘅記得要提前book位呀！Mango Passionfruit Crepe以捲餅形式呈現，層次感豐富，鬆軟又帶點咬口，芒果酸甜，十分好味🥭 Apple Cinnamon一大片上，班戟薄身，帶陣陣蛋香氣，面頭灑上開心果碎增添口感，配上超甜嘅蘋果玉桂同邪惡cream，幸福感滿滿🍎Blueberry Basque Burnt Cheese Cake細細一塊，巴斯克芝士蛋糕味道濃郁，鹹香味十足，搭配酸甜嘅藍莓醬同雪糕，喜歡🍰 另外有Chocolate Fondant，朱古力心太軟做到完美嘅流心效果，甜度適中，加埋雪糕，冰火交融🍫Tiramisu比想像中大份，味道balance，口感好creamy，入口即溶，性價比高！最後有Mixedberry同Chocolate Banana Smoothie，入口細膩，濃郁，真材實料，超級好味道～
