第二回再到名館,多了兩個飯腳,可以試更多菜式。四個人點了一個二人套餐和好些點心甜品分享。套餐的兩款前菜分別是藍梅鮮淮山以及京川汁秋葵。淮山是腍身的,趁上藍梅汁,頗特別。京川汁微辣,秋葵處理得好,沒有潺,清爽開胃。點心也有兩種,上次試過煎窩貼,一客三只小人沒有吃。蝦餃皮薄蝦爽,之不過無甚驚喜。功夫燉湯乃麥冬雪梨燉鷓鴣,四個人都夠分,食材的精華盡入湯水裡去,感覺很是滋補。遼參麻婆豆腐的豆腐很滑,遼參亦不少,麻婆汁有麻味有辣勁,惹味之作,佐飯一流。金銀蒜蒸勝瓜,以金菇墊底,勝瓜爽軟適中,金菇亦能吸到蒜香。跟餐的白飯加入藜麥一起蒸,較為健康。套餐之外,我們亦單點了其他食物。老鼠愛大米是雞包,應該是鹹點吧,因為包是甜的,味道是甜多過鹹,小人未能大愛這隻老鼠。北極熊仔包造型極為勉強,似Winnie the pooh熊的白色版。其實乃紅豆包,紅豆茸粉糯得來還很香,吃完也不會太飽滯。表面看似是麻雀十三么,實際是啫喱加椰汁糕,連鈔票都可以吃,造型贏通街。已在籌算著第三次的約食飯鳥……
