To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日誤打誤撞 食左譚仔雲南米線 我本來想食譚仔三哥米線 入到去先發現餐牌唔同米線同餸無咩特別 同三哥相差無幾但個皮蛋分別好大 呢間係「紅油皮蛋」來個陣見到無蒜頭辣椒係面真係失落左 不過佢係sell麻辣 一放入口無咩特別反而愈食愈上癮 因為麻辣會令人不斷食 一唔食又好麻 當小食食唔差 但送米線就唔係好夾～

反而愈食愈上癮 因為麻辣會令人不斷食

一唔食又好麻 當小食食唔差 但送米線就唔係好夾～
