於太子找吃,行過看見這間店子門口有個番茄仔mascot,於是就入去試試。餐廳格局帶點巴黎格調,牆身印有帶巴黎風的壁畫。說到吃的,主打西餐,從小吃、下午茶、晚膳都有,以pasta及扒類為主。我則選了板燒紐西蘭牛柳伴智利鵝肝配黑椒汁,並加了$15餐場,飽及飲品。餐湯是番茄湯 (kim子推介指數7/10),番茄味較淡,但酸酸甜甜,勝在開胃。北海道帶子沙津配黑醋汁(kim子推介指數8/10),非常不錯!健康沙津菜加了3粒熟帶子,非常fresh! 美中不足是帶子偏咸。來了主菜板燒紐西蘭牛柳伴智利鵝肝配黑椒汁妝(kim子推介指數7/10),!相比起其他扒房,這兒的牛柳算是大份,肉質鮮嫩,瘦肉比例較多,油花相對較少,油脂含量較低。 牛柳五成熟上牒,這樣才能保持其幼嫩多汁的本色。鵝肝煮得半生熟,油脂極豐腴,外脆內軟滑,熟一點更好。
