To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過紅磡巷仔，不得不提呢間平易近人又岩哂我呢啲渴求新鮮感嘅食客嘅店。嚟試咗碗黑松露海鮮意粉，每一啖都係咁濃郁，海鮮都係新鮮得滯，夾埋啖啖松露油，真係食到塊面都綻出幸福嘅光芒。蘑菇湯濃稠得嚟唔會太膩，杯邊個個蘑菇粒粒都食得出真材實料。飲品方面就一般般啦，不過老闆真係好客氣，問候聲問候聲，食完之後心情都好咗！再加上環境窩心，大可以嗌班朋友一齊嚟，又或者黎個小約會，保證滿足離場。總括嚟講，下次過嚟紅磡，呢到都會係我嘅不二之選！🍜🥣👍
