To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得細個成日睇獎門人個條日本街 就成日好想有機會去試下。我記得好耐之前都試過一次，而今次終於再去到加太賀試一下佢既lunch set.加太賀果然勁，有好多間舖位每間舖都有佢唔同嘅主題。今次同朋友去而間舖既感覺係有啲舊，十年如一日，同紅當當好怪但我知道佢有啲舖係新裝修嘅餐牌都係十年如一日啦。我記得佢比較抵食係雜錦魚生飯。今次我地就叫左個雜錦一個淨三文魚。好老實佢啲lunch set麻麻地好食 最好都係魚生飯 但比起之前水準好似有小小下降，魚生無以前好味 ，但都尚算新鮮。不過天婦羅就好有驚喜，好乾身，好好味！！同先係加$12
