紅磡區食肆林立、要突圍而出就要講求食物水準和環境配合. 今天友人推介的這間餐廳, 無論食物質素, 環境和服務都達至70-80分了.餐廳裝璜典雅, 柔和的燈光再配上音樂, 另人有優閒輕鬆感覺這種氣氛最好摸模杯底不過, 可惜我和友人不勝酒力, 店員推介了鮮什果cocktail, 用了紅桑莓, 茘枝, 提子…, 粉紅的色澤, 杯中還放了片玫瑰花瓣, 非常誘惑. 飲落清甜怡神先來個海鮮拼盤過下我的口忍. 有生蠔, 蜆, 青口, 翡翠螺和蝦生蠔是來自紐西蘭石蠔, 肉質厚, 鮮甜, 但海水鹹香欠奉蜆, 細細隻不可少看, 鮮甜度極高青口, 清甜可口翡翠螺, 肉質實而不靱, 有嚼口蝦, 爽脆彈牙, 但可惜其中有2, 3隻有點不新鮮Dip Platter, 三種不同飽類伴以四種醬料法飽, 意大利飽和蕃茄乾麵飽, 質感鬆軟豐潤, 各具特色醬料有香草, 黑水欖, 鵝肝和蕃茄醬, 我比較喜歡鹹香的黑水欖和清香的香草醬, 是麵飽的最好知己Smoked Salmon with Mango Salsa, 煙三文魚口感豐腴; 芒果沙沙配合了不同蔬果, 層次豐富, 是清新開胃的一道前菜啊…Squid Ink Spagh
