今日行過紅磡附近心血來潮想食拉麵🍜 就嚟二刷泓一拉麵,上次就嚟食咗香港比較少有嘅背脂醬油拉麵,不過味道就麻麻,冇以前嘅混亂拉麵咁重口味咁出色😅我今次就嗌咗佢嘅招牌雞白湯拉麵$98👍🏻 麵條方面,係老闆親自製作拉麵條,加入了小麥,麵條除咗有煙韌仲有淡淡的麥味👍🏻 雞白湯的湯底以雞殼、雞骨等自家熬製8個鐘,成個湯底都係充滿雞嘅精華,我都差唔多飲晒成碗湯亦都唔口渴👍🏻😋 至於配菜方面,就有一個豚叉燒同一個雞叉燒,雞叉燒好嫩滑,豚肉叉燒亦都火炙過👍🏻 最值得一讚嘅係佢嘅筍同埋糖心蛋都係經過醬油漬,連我呢個平時唔食開筍嘅人都食晒佢嘅筍👍🏻 糖心蛋熟嘅程度啱啱好做到裏面流心,而且蛋黃亦都有醬油味,總體嚟講$98一碗拉麵值得大推,比背脂醬油好食,不過排隊等嘅時間會比較耐😅
