甚少見有食客評論這家咖啡室的紅絲絨蛋糕，如果你未食過真係走寶了。餐牌上並沒有彩色相片介紹，甚至乎收銀枱也沒有展示出來，看似是一款隱形的美點。其實每逢享用一杯咖啡，就可以$78配搭一件，相信是2023年限時供應的，因為去年是配搭芝士蛋糕或芝士脆餅。紅絲絨其實我也不知道是什麼，這家蛋糕外觀設計是紅白間色的，配有奪眼粉紅色的蛋糕碎花，單單是賣相已相當吸引。愛人說有烘培廚師是採用天然顏色…紅菜頭汁，再配上帶有淡淡的白色巧克力制成的。當我把叉子插進蛋糕裡面時，已感受到了它的質地非常柔軟，純滑的忌廉令口感香味繚繞，整體層次感也非常豐富，而且口感輕盈柔軟丶醇香綿長，讓我一口接一口小小地吃，不禁想再吃多一件。玫瑰花茶鮮奶咖啡
