唔知你最鍾意咩顏色呢?紅色唔容易係我身上見到,但我偏偏最鍾意川菜嘅赤紅色,香辣惹味,頓時令我胃口大開。隔咗一段時間,嗰種麻辣癮又返嚟,嚟到油麻地嘅川聚緣,投入川菜嘅紅色麻辣世界。串燒前菜小食先由串燒開始,分別叫咗牛肉串燒、羊肉串燒同雞軟骨串燒。調味嘅味粉適中,唔會太多香料而蓋過肉味。而我哋最鍾意就係口感一流嘅雞軟過,非常香口彈牙。香辣烤海鱸魚鐘意食魚但又骨?所以店員就推介海鱸魚。海鱸魚先煎香外皮,再放上去爐上炆煮,令香脆嘅魚皮同鮮滑嘅魚肉形成強烈對比。味道方面,海鱸魚越煮越入味,越入味就越辣,非常刺激惹味。配菜方面已經有薯仔片、大豆芽、紅薯粉等,夠晒入味之餘,整體份量十足。

香辣烤海鱸魚
鐘意食魚但又骨?所以店員就推介海鱸魚。海鱸魚先煎香外皮,再放上去爐上炆煮,令香脆嘅魚皮同鮮滑嘅魚肉形成強烈對比。味道方面,海鱸魚越煮越入味,越入味就越辣,非常刺激惹味。配菜方面已經有薯仔片、大豆芽、紅薯粉等,夠晒入味之餘,整體份量十足。
