行開旺區都唔難發現宜家周圍都開左好多冰室茶記咁,好多都有連鎖嘅概念,唔知係米同一個集團嘅產物,就算係我自己覺得每一間都有自己特色嘅。呢間旺角店裝修都幾好,用木顏色為主,兩人一齊坐一邊卡位唔會太逼,但放多個大袋就有d逼啦。今晚食紅茶係晚餐來嘅,野就食得唔多,嗌左3樣野乾炒牛河色香都夠嘅,中意食芽菜同配菜嘅我就覺得係落得幾多嘅,牛肉算嫩滑有味到,反而河粉就唔算太有味,不過勝油膩感唔太重。鮮茄焗蛋牛配意粉焗野一般斗等得耐,今次就中規中矩,成盤焗意粉料好足嘅,有番茄,西芹,甘筍等等好似碗羅宋湯咁,哈哈,所以成竇野係juicy嘅,加上牛肉都係嫩嘅,感覺成間鋪頭嘅牛肉都處理得唔錯,蛋又做得半生熟yummy,再加上意粉個質感唔會over cook嘅感覺,質感非常棒,再問waiter攞埋茄汁淋少少上面就好味啦。腿蛋面雖然看似一碗普通嘅麵,但一上台見到兩隻蛋嘅處理非常好,半生熟唔會太乾身,又唔太油,恰到好處。凍檸茶嗌左一杯野飲姐,知佢嘅紅茶正。我地見到隔離檯嘅凍飲係勁多冰,我地就嗌少冰啦。不過總體來講全部味道都偏淡dd,唔知係米要符合番香港人健康口味呢,哈哈。

鮮茄焗蛋牛配意粉

腿蛋面
雖然看似一碗普通嘅麵,但一上台見到兩隻蛋嘅處理非常好,半生熟唔會太乾身,又唔太油,恰到好處。
