食左個招牌紅蝦意粉,係我人生中最好食嘅一個意粉!上面嗰一個香草係紫蘇花,第一啖食落個意粉好正,第二啖加埋底過一個汁,真係驚為天人,第三啖加埋香草食,有另一番風味,到最後隻紅蝦同帶子,都變咗配角!第二個係蜆肉蟹粉雲吞之類啦,你哋可以睇Menu,我圈住左,個人感覺,真係比下去,我覺得個Carbonara 仲正過佢,雖然佢用啲好貴嘅料,日本蜆,蟹粉,意大利椰菜花,但加埋一齊,我覺得複雜咗,好似食緊蟹粉小籠包嗰一個味咁,個皮係好滑嘅!不過我朋友就覺得佢好好食,好食過Carbonara!口味嘅嘢,真係好個人!Carbonara 都係好好食,好欣賞佢整到個煙肉微微脆,個意粉係同紅蝦意粉果一款一樣嘅,但係另一種感覺,好香濃,好彩我上咗個紅蝦意粉先!到最後仲叫咗一個蘑菇湯,佢哋好貼心咁將個湯同你分開兩半,但係個意粉太好食啦,蘑菇湯就冇乜特別!最後想讚過個紅酒煮啤梨,好好食,但係個紅酒汁反而同個梨唔夾,我個人覺得個汁麻麻,就咁食個啤梨就已經超級正!雪糕仲可以揀味!個餐前麵包都好好食,杯凍朱古力就一般般!最後買單兩個人 $1200 左右,我下次一定會叫兩個紅蝦意粉,咁樣會覺得滿足啲!

最後想讚過個紅酒煮啤梨,好好食,但係個紅酒汁反而同個梨唔夾,我個人覺得個汁麻麻,就咁食個啤梨就已經超級正!雪糕仲可以揀味!


個餐前麵包都好好食,
杯凍朱古力就一般般!


最後買單兩個人 $1200 左右,我下次一定會叫兩個紅蝦意粉,咁樣會覺得滿足啲!
