To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我:紅豆冰少甜吖唔該~~櫃面A::(有點驚訝) 吓?! 我地做好哂過喎我: 咁可唔可以做過一杯呢? (很容易咋喎, 溝吓d野咁啫, 竟然唔得?)櫃面A:少甜會冇咁多紅豆過喎我:少d 唔緊要啦~~結果櫃面A 遠距離對櫃面B說:紅豆冰小S!!我心中不禁咕嚕:吓~~唔係(櫃面A)你沖ga?咁做咩咁多野講@@書展前到這裏醫一醫肚, 望着餐牌, 十五十六, 美味與卡路里互相爭持,最終炔定要了豉油雞脾加紅豆冰。紅豆冰的紅豆沒有以前那麼大顆, 雞髀也沒有以前那麼好吃, 是人年紀大了絶代舊, 還是現在的食品質素下降了? 抑或是我變得挑剔了?

書展前到這裏醫一醫肚, 望着餐牌, 十五十六, 美味與卡路里互相爭持,最終炔定要了豉油雞脾加紅豆冰。紅豆冰的紅豆沒有以前那麼大顆, 雞髀也沒有以前那麼好吃, 是人年紀大了絶代舊, 還是現在的食品質素下降了? 抑或是我變得挑剔了?
