To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情影響,不去酒吧,找間中餐廳,坐得舒適有酒飲,連食晚餐一齊。 門庭羅雀,全塲4,5枱客,只有一種澳洲紅酒@68,易入口,份量半杯。個人喜歡有骨落地, 鹵水鵝肉豆腐例牌$198,鹵水汁不濃烈也不太咸,應有香味,恰如其份, 試過其他餐廳鹵水,始終你最好 。但今次肉多骨少,不能滿足嚼骨隱,豆腐雖不是滑溜,有豆與鹵水化學作用後銷魂。糖醋伊面$108,一般,外脆,內裏濕潤無麵香氣。支竹炆銀鱈魚腩$178,份量多,夠熱辣辣,滑,鮮,粉薄,走油,回瓦煲輕炆,加冬菇薑葱,支竹放底,能吸收魚及配料精華,我最喜歡食,妹仔舌。蓮子棗皇糕$48,我以為好似红豆糕眉豆糕,大大粒,端上來原來係微粒,甜度接受。
