To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天有不測之風雲，正所謂放工先黎落雨，唔通連個天都唔鍾意我？本與男友有個在別區有個約會，風大雨大，懶得冒雨等巴士，索性就在公司附近快快食就算。上海弄堂是一直都幾喜歡的餐廳，最喜歡佢有一人套餐，包了前菜、主菜和飯。是次點了一個咕嚕魚塊套餐，另加了一個食上海野少不了的賽螃蟹。套餐小食要了鎮江肴肉，晶瑩剔透、爽口不膩，吃起來層次分明。咕嚕魚塊酸酸甜甜，拌飯一流，大概有五六塊魚肉。男友最愛的賽螃蟹蛋白水嫩，蛋香滿滿，拌勻蛋黃更是一絕！
