To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 紐西蘭爵士牛扒鐵板餐

好久都沒去快餐店食晚餐，前幾日不想去太遠就落樓下的大家樂解決是晚晚餐，琳瑯滿目的牌板最吸引我的是鐵板燒系列，我選了紐西蘭爵士牛扒鐵板餐，鐵板餐包餐湯，意粉跟餐包，這份量對女生來說是足夠! 湯是跟餐配，而我不想飲西湯，所以就在落單時轉左中湯，中湯是我很愛的紅蘿蔔粟米湯😍，一碗竟然有齊粟米🌽紅蘿蔔同肉排頗有驚喜! 飲落清甜不死咸，不錯!牛扒餐的紐西蘭牛扒很大塊，可以看到差不到佔了整塊鐵板，肉質軟腍多汁，不會薄切切，有番咁上下厚度，醬汁可以配洋蔥汁或黑椒汁，我揀黑椒汁，黑椒汁味道濃郁但不辣，淋上牛扒上面發出「沙沙」聲，味道十分配合，餐包鬆軟大舊塗上牛油很好食🍞，牛扒底下是意粉，加上開胃新鮮的番茄仔🍅，基本上是很夠食，味道不是特別出色但至少夠飽肚而且勝在熱辣辣，閒時來鋸個扒都是不錯🍴
