To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚同屋企人唔知食咩好,就去左大家樂食,諗左好耐唔知食咩好,見到紐西蘭西冷牛扒鐵板餐個牌咁吸引就簡左佢。我叫左紐西蘭西冷牛扒鐵板餐+芝士醬汁+低糖綠茶。等左一陣,勁肚餓,見到身邊都有食到鐵板餐,但始終見唔到完整既樣。終於到我既號碼,我充滿好奇行過去,但第一眼已經令我大失所望,意大利粉既份量仲多過塊牛扒,同個牌既完全相反(牌中既意大利粉份量係一小卷,然後塊扒係佔個鐵板既3分之2)不過芝士醬汁就有好多。第一啖我食左個意大利粉先,只能說真係好乾好乾好乾,第二啖食牛扒,好薄,而且又好硬好韌,咬到個牙胶都攰,第三啖食個腸,幾好食,皮好脆,個餐包配牛油都好好食 (配菜仲好食過主菜…)。另外值得一讚既係杯低糖綠茶同芝士醬汁,杯低糖綠茶唔會好甜又唔係話好淡,好岩配哩食鐵板下火,而個芝士醬汁,唔係好濃,又唔係好"流",配落去幾好味。最後餓到扁既我,都有食左3分之2,其餘就share比屋企人。
