呢排做到死死吓,又係時候食餐好嘅奬賞吓自己。今晚揀咗銅鑼灣嘅《和牛燒肉·純》餐廳設計好有日本居酒屋feel, 座上客也有不少日本人,真係有D置身喺日本嘅感覺,所以我先嗌杯日本梅酒,呷一口,等自己完全投入日劇《XX的美食家》嗰種feel,咁就食得份外美味。今晚揀咗四款燒肉,慢慢燒,慢慢歎。 特選日本產和牛西冷,色澤嫩紅,雪花紋細密均匀,一睇就想像到入口即溶嘅感覺,燒起來肉香撲鼻,一啖一口,滋味無窮。日本產和牛上牛排肉,肉質細腻,肉味濃郁,比較有咬口,截然不同嘅美味享受。再來嘅係日本產豚腩肉,呢個係個人喜好,每次燒肉都要點一份腩肉,一層肥一層瘦,口感特別豐富。最後烤嘅係壺漬牛排,因為牛排經過特製醬汁醃漬,所以要留待最後先燒。薄薄一片牛排,滿滿醬汁滋味,令人回味無窮。做人要對自己好少少,得閒揀餐好嘅嚟食,咁先至有quality of life㗎嘛!
