人在灣仔,突然很想吃泡菜。在附近幽暗的後街找到一間叫純子的韓國菜館,推門而入,店子坐滿了客人,當中有很多都是一個人坐下來吃飯的韓國大叔,但店員卻全是外籍人士,並沒有見到阿豬媽的影蹤。甫坐下,店員先把茶和餐具奉上,不過中式的象牙筷子顯然少了一份地道的韓味。前菜包括一碗加入了洋蔥、蘿蔔等蔬菜的韓式麵豉湯,嚐起來帶點清甜。小吃有六款,包括醃漬蘿蔔絲、豆卜、綠豆涼粉、泡菜、海鮮煎餅及涼伴菠菜。檯的空間其實很小,單是小吃已經完全把檯面佔滿,似乎再放不下其他菜式了。小吃之中,還是最喜歡爽辣的泡菜,店家的泡菜,少了鹹味,多了一種清新的酸辣。海鮮煎餅混了很多蠔肉,如果不是冷冰冰的話,嚐起來應該會更美味。涼拌菠菜和醃漬蘿蔔是很安全的做法,不過日式的涼拌菠菜習慣放上鰹魚碎因而更能討我歡心。今次比較有新鮮感的要數透明的綠豆涼粉,外形有點像蒟弱,但口感爽爽的比較像大菜糕,本身沒有味道,但蘸上辣醬油後,鹹鹹辣辣的卻挺不錯。最先上來的是韓式鍋貼,雖然說是鍋貼,但形態卻比較像煎餃子,一碟四隻賣$40。賣相不吸引,看起來很油亮,摺位像快要散開的樣子,入口軟叭叭的,分不清外皮和內餡,亦嚐不出裡面是豬肉還是魚肉,算是今晚
