今日第一次到純子食下午,大幾12點半到,人吾多,仲有1,2枱冇人坐,門口亦冇人排隊。一坐低吾到2分鐘,店員已經問我地點解仲未點到餐。。。之後一邊食,店員就不斷要收碟,一直晌附近探頭監視我地枱上食物,見碟上只剩一件食物,又要我地倒埋一碟要收起一隻碟,見我地一放低筷子,又就急不及待問係咪食完,要收碟。明白做食肆生意都想做多一枱得一枱,但吾滿坐,冇人排隊,點解要咁趕客。食品一般,價錢吾係平,總之吾會再去。 continue reading

純子這名字很可愛, 還以為是走少女風格的餐廳, 但原來是很有家庭風格, 在灣仔屹立的時間比我還要久的一所很有歷史的韓國餐廳. 老闆和侍應都是老公公和老太太, 主打住家韓國菜, 不會要求有什麼1++韓牛燒烤, 又或是其他的山珍海味, 就是簡單的泡菜, 肉和石鍋飯, 已夠滿足.這裏菜式的份量慷慨, 就像牛肋骨的件數比一般同類韓國餐廳多至少20%, 肉質偏實但不韌, 醬汁調得入味, 濃香甘甜, 比起我最喜歡的名家版本, 各有優點. 石鍋飯最重要的命運是飯焦, 辣醬和煎蛋, 三位一體, 缺一不可, 這裏三樣也合乎我胃口, 再加上更濃的泡菜, 和送酒一流的蜜糖炸雞翼, 就像走入韓國的尋常路百姓家, 一路吃飯, 一路喝酒, 一路大聲暢談.It is a charming Korean restaurant in Wan Chai.
