To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

帶三隻馬騮去舊大埔警署參觀！警署內有餐廳，行晒就入內，地方大，舊香港草根日用品做裝飾，有冷氣幾舒服！呢度有套餐飯食，不過我見啲菜色幾位小朋友都唔啱！所以每人散叫飲品同甜品享受下！呢度提倡環保♻️惜食，服務自助式，食完要自己收拾！紅薏仁特飲（$25）紅薏仁、乾百合、糙米，椰子花糖，有沈澱物嘅飲品，似早餐嘅飲品，果仁味濃，幾特色紫蘇特飲（$25）自己喜歡紫蘇，味道獨特，變成飲料甜甜地好味全檸檬特飲（$25）檸檬果皮果肉、肉桂、生薑、味道濃，有香香草香料味！幾特別青檸薑批（$25）賣相靚，青檸有啲青澀味，夾雜啲薑絲，不過薑太老，幾多一絲絲咬唔開嘅渣！批底略濕！一般！阿麻籽布甸（$25）（亞麻籽、椰子花糖、枸杞子、小紅莓乾、葵花籽）賣相幾靚，好多種子，口感豐富，布甸似乳酪多啲，唔太甜！好天然嘅味道！店員斯文有禮，氣氛好舒適！食物有特式，不過口味唔大眾化，小朋友都唔啱，可能大人先識欣賞呢啲原味享受純樸風味
