To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少飲石榴汁,所以,幾有新鮮感。色澤鮮紅,望落仲以為喺西瓜汁添,試咗一口,雖然石榴味都好出,但對比起上述兩杯飲品,味道比較清淡一啲,但感覺就覺得好健康咁。

炸餅無論外形,抑或口感都有啲似炸薯餅,我哋揀咗洋蔥口味,不過,洋蔥味嘅感覺唔喺好強,而且,好大件一個,幾個人共享就最好,一人一個都嫌太飽肚。配上嘅醬汁都好特別,白色嘅有少少芝麻香、又辣辣哋;白色隔離嗰兜都喺有點辣,但就帶薄荷味;再隔離就喺常食到富香料層次嘅咖喱;最邊邊大兜啲嘅喺咖喱雜菜。

咪睇啲店員好似茶記啲阿叔,個個感覺都幾親和,唔會不耐煩咁,招呼都幾好架,而且,上菜速度勁有效率。此外,枱上放有收費嘅樽裝水,但同樣有放有水壺和水杯,有免費開水供客人飲用。越夜,就見越多「街坊」嚟幫襯!
