To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趕上新一期限聚令之前o既尾班車，來到呢間工廈café。地方四四正正，走o既大致上都係白色、木系呢d 簡約風o既路線，而一面牆o既櫃則擺滿書籍、棋類，仲有一個corner display 住唔少同可樂相關o既收藏品，整體上又增加番d 文青氣息。如果日o抖黎，外面會望到海添~晚餐永遠都比單叫抵，尤其佢以5 個course 為基本，可以自由加錢，再加配一客前菜，或者升級靚d o既甜品、餐飲咁，豐儉由人。跟餐先有一份餐湯同法包，呢度o既法包係無烘過或者只係烘o左好短時間，內裡個芯仲係軟綿綿的~試o左一個蜜糖芥末素牛肉漢堡配香草薯條及田園沙律($138 未加一)，係menu 中o既推介之一。素牛肉都唔係第一次食，不過配搭burger 好似就係第一次。如果拎出o黎，你會見到同一塊普通真牛肉係一d 分別都無，又係有d 肉質纖維，有d 好似係脂肪組織咁，但係佢就環保得多，而且食落一樣咁juicy 味美！以蜜糖芥末烹調，味道甜甜的。個Impossible burger 裡面仲有大片菠蘿、芝士同生菜等等，精明飽肚之選。另外伴碟o既沙律，淋上少少甜醋，酸甜開胃。至於薯條o既香草味我覺得就唔算話好出。甜品絕對
