To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

素過癮，齋期周末，又黎葵興KCC 入素，食個brunch先！兩條友，太餓，樣樣都想試，仲有近期新推出素乳豬⋯ 叫左2個主食午餐/下午茶set… 係咁加小食🤣水準仍然保持到，喇沙素牛湯麵，唔算太濃，唔係星馬濃湯style，但我個人喜歡，清晒啲湯底都唔覺口渴！安格斯Burger 個包好正，勁多芝麻，份量夠，配埋薯條/番薯條，少少沙律菜，勁滿足，好飽！小食：梅子涼瓜：好正，清涼清熱氣，開胃！炸蠔：得得得得得！作為一個蠔精，只有讚，冇得彈！叉燒：熱辣辣，軟綿綿，停唔到手！乳豬件：聽講係新產品，今次放棄最愛素海南雞，試吓乳豬，一試難放，個皮脆薄薄👍小店坐得舒適，週末搵好食！
