母親節家人話要食素...就二話不說上嚟望下,見到大自然素食好似幾吸引,又好幾個食過都話好食,就一於試試佢香酥炸大腸@外層有著紅色模樣讓人頗為好奇口感如何,小嚐一口後,外層的腸衣炸的酥酥脆脆,再加上大腸口感本身就頗有韌性,所以愈嚼大腸獨有的味道會在口中愈來愈明顯松子糖醋魚@糖醋魚是我最愛菜式其中之一,微酸微甜,醒胃可口。上台時香味撲鼻,催人食慾,內裡魚肉嫩軟,鮮香兼備薑蓉炒翡翠苗@很簡單清清地的一道菜,但翡翠苗什是爽口士多啤梨骨@排骨炸至金黃脆卜卜後再與士多啤梨醬汁混合,又一道醒胃菜式。排骨口感鬆軟,極易入口北京片皮鴨@"鴨"炸得夠乾身,配上青瓜絲同西芹絲食落都好match~~特別係個甜醬,真係好似正宗北京片皮鴨😍
