To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近,我同女朋友都好注重健康,所以唔單止去做健身跑步,喺飲食方面都要控制得好好,少鹽少油,同埋每日食大量蔬菜。不過,素食餐廳喺香港始終都比較少,最近難得搵到呢間餐廳都幾不錯。😁😄我哋今日就叫咗酸種薄餅脆脆,利用天然酵母,透過長時間發酵麵糰,而焗製出來嘅薄餅脆脆,非常健康,而且咬落好香脆,令人食慾大增。😄🤥另外,我哋仲叫咗地湧金蓮沙律碗,入面係雜穀米飯以及雜菜沙律,入邊有菇類、豆同埋酸瓜,各種材料混合一齊之後嘅配搭非常夾,而且真係好健康,啱晒我哋嘅需要。🍄🍄另外,我哋仲叫咗個韓式拌飯,加太陽蛋,估唔到呢度嘅韓式拌飯都幾好食,好有驚喜呀。最後我哋再叫多咗杯香茅薑茶,驅風又暖胃。🐣🐣
