Restaurant: Vegelink Vegetarian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友約晚飯,又想淸淡些及又要地方淸靜些,今日去了這間完全乎合要求,本來諗住素食又是那些油淋淋及煎炸嘢食,但出奇地這間沒有這感覺;先來一杯玄米茶,好香,好有炒米的味道;頭盤先來一個燉湯,好淸甜,然後壽司,真的有吃壽司的感覺及味道;再來一碟芋茸酥盒,完全沒有油炸的油涸,水凖之作;泰式肉崧,咪道濃厚配燉飯一流。美中不足,晚飯只有套餐,沒有其他選擇!午餐返而多d選擇,下次要去再試下
