To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢度嘅菜式好豐富,適合素食愛好者嘗試。今日我揀咗釀茄子、腐皮卷、炒大豆芽、糖醋波波同埋素菜兩碟飯,同大家分享下。首先嚟講釀茄子,呢道菜嘅茄子外皮煎到金黃酥脆,入面嘅茄子肉好鬆軟,加上香甜嘅醬汁,一口咬落即溶,味道好正。跟住嚟緊嘅腐皮卷,外皮酥脆,內裏有新鮮嘅蔬菜,味道清爽,好適合夏天食用。再嚟就係炒大豆芽,呢道菜嘅大豆芽爽脆可口,加埋清淡嘅調味,食落好開胃。跟住就係糖醋波波,呢道菜嘅波波煮得啱啱好,口感好彈牙,加埋甜酸嘅醬汁,味道好開胃。今次嘅體驗好令我對素食改觀,食物嘅口感同味道都好出色,驚喜不斷。

首先嚟講釀茄子,呢道菜嘅茄子外皮煎到金黃酥脆,入面嘅茄子肉好鬆軟,加上香甜嘅醬汁,一口咬落即溶,味道好正。跟住嚟緊嘅腐皮卷,外皮酥脆,內裏有新鮮嘅蔬菜,味道清爽,好適合夏天食用。

再嚟就係炒大豆芽,呢道菜嘅大豆芽爽脆可口,加埋清淡嘅調味,食落好開胃。跟住就係糖醋波波,呢道菜嘅波波煮得啱啱好,口感好彈牙,加埋甜酸嘅醬汁,味道好開胃。


今次嘅體驗好令我對素食改觀,食物嘅口感同味道都好出色,驚喜不斷。
