To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每逢農曆十五, 月亮都會又大又圓, 唔知大家覺唔覺架呢? 今日係十五, 所以係我食素嘅日子, 而呢間餐廳我已經食過好多次架喇。餐廳每日都會派發愛心飯盒比有需要嘅人士, 真係好有善心同值得支持。🥢滿巢金沙蛋 (鹹蛋金沙南瓜)充滿鹹蛋黃喺南瓜面, 外層炸得香脆, 裡面嘅南瓜好軟好綿, 不過可能比較多油, 所以會有油膩嘅感覺。🥢菠蘿素咕嚕肉本身唔太鍾意食咕嚕肉, 因為覺得太肥膩, 反而素嘅咕嚕肉就覺得好好食, 因為用猴頭菇代替了肥豬肉, 有肉的咬口, 而個醬汁酸酸甜甜, 十分開胃。🥢頭抽牛魔王炒河有鑊氣, 不過味道偏淡同埋略嫌多油。整體食物都幾好, 如果可以改善太油膩嘅情況會更好。
