To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去完觀音廟，想食素，淨化吓自己，去咗呢間。朋友介紹過佢哋一直都會有派飯，甘就去支持吓善心老闆伙記做善事。D碗筷，枱全部都好乾淨喎~ 土瓜灣一間甘既店铺，衛生程度唔係講笑，比得上酒店。一坐低，D職員唔係問你食乜，係送上熱湯，粟米蘿蔔湯，E...好香甘清甜味既？原來落咗陳皮。雖然係送既，但一D都唔馬虎。我地叫咗兩小菜，薑汁豆苗，咸旦黃南瓜，一碗糙米飯share食。糙米飯好軟但又唔濕，我估是為了老人家。鹹蛋黃南瓜好好味好惹味，根本就係小炒王嘅一碟餸，完全唔係食素食!D菜好鬼大碟，飽到我吖! 我下次再同多兩個朋友去，叫多D野食，好多餸都好似好好味甘。
