To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然佢而家好似已經冇得買，但係我覺得呢個燒賣真係好正，值得為佢出一個食評。佢本身價錢都唔貴，而且佢大大粒，比平時食到嘅魚肉燒賣大粒。因為係素食嘅緣故，所以我覺得佢口感好紮實同埋比較豐富，我諗係因為佢用咗素肉同香菇既原因，所以口感比一般魚肉燒賣豐富，亦都比較煙靭。不過佢始終係燒賣，覺得就咁食好似爭緊啲嘢，建議配搭豉油同辣油，加咗豉油同埋辣日之後，覺得更加好食！同埋我覺得素食燒賣健康好多，因為平時出面啲燒賣好多豬油咁，呢款正啲。
