To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗間食肆試下佢哋嘅素食,實話實說,我對素食嘅印象完全翻天覆地!首先,個「鮮茄芝士牛油果新餐肉南瓜焗通粉」,新鮮牛油果同焗過嘅芝士香濃得嚟又唔會太笠,簡直係滋味爆燈😋。而家講下「黃金素叉燒飯」,呢個真係做到外皮微焦內裏嫩滑,同埋塊滑蛋係咁滑,食落去真係幾舒服。 話說番個拼盤,「悠蔬食小食拼盤」當中嘅酥炸蒟蒻同泰式如餅好有驚喜,泰式如餅嘅豆香味十足,充滿南洋情調🌴。晚餐我叫咗份「日式藜麥野菜松子薯球」,同「滷水花菇毛豆百頁豆腐伴醬燒牛蒡」,講真,呢啲素材組合得咁和諧,係我之前食過嘅素食之中算係好有新意! 最後,冇得唔提個「香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷」,呢個組合實在太贏,酸酸甜甜嘅芒果配上綿滑牛油果,仲有苜蓿芽嘅清新,一嘗難忘💫。至於「姬松茸竹笙黃耳百合燉湯」溫暖人心,湯底幾有深度,簡直上天!啲菇菌嘅味道香到飛起,每一啖都感受到食材嘅細膩。 喺呢間食肆,菜式創意十足,素食嘅概念都被重新定義。食過之後,我覺得健康食品都可以好味到令人難忘!🌱🍴👍🏻
