To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 猜不到以品茗為主的地方, 點心也這麼出色, 這裡的點心比起一般酒樓精緻, 味道不是一般味精點心, 當然價錢也略貴一些, 點心多數只有二件, 約30-40元一份。這裡更是以宗教素食者的佳音, 因為有寫明含五辛的食物, 讓佛教素食者選擇非五辛食物。這裡主打飲茶, 每人要選一款茶。茶品很多, 開花茶很美, 萬紫千花很香。喜歡凍茶的, 推介冷泡蜜香紅茶, 估不到茶葉也有蜜糖香味。點心都很是好吃的, 很難推介, 只有荷葉糯米包不太好, 因為糯米煮得太爛, 像吃糊仔。如一定要推介, 我會選龍華寺素卷。
