好早年每朝會係度買炒麵食,因為用油紙包會索晒所有多餘油份及水蒸氣,唔會濕淋淋,麵質嚥韌彈牙又好味!之後轉左用發泡膠盒仲要加一蚊,品質即時一落千丈,就無再買炒麵食喇﹗以前都有 lunch 幫襯三送飯,但每次都係越食越頸渴,最後都放棄。依家事隔三四年後,再黎試吓佢既三餸啦。金針雲耳蒸雞、梅子蒸排骨、魚香茄子、蒜蓉西蘭花,淨四餸夠飽喇。蒸雞同排骨都超油,油浸一樣,雞皮本身都出油,再加魚香茄子,油上油,菜就勁索油架啦,搞到連西蘭花都油埋。不過奇怪地勁爽口喎,而且鮮甜充滿水份,秘傳烹調法?蒸雞全部都係雞翼、雞翼尖,仲要斬件細細舊骨杉杉,討厭。雞皮滑、肉乾、油淋淋,味道可以。亁硬鞋排骨有肉味,骨多肉少,梅子味開胃,個汁太厚太杰喇。魚香茄子味道真係好惹味香口,但茄汁索油力超強,一夾起直頭滴油呀!嘩,索油之旅!有半盒都係油黎架,近來油價大跌?本身 HKD26 蚊包個例湯,今次阿姐側側膊連湯都無比我,過份呀!我最鍾意飲湯,例湯都唔會放過架!
