蛋牛治,薄衣衣的跟餐蛋一模一樣,靜蠅蠅微暖完全唔燙手,好懷念燦記猛火鑊氣巨形三文治!食一塊方包夠晒,就算夾埋兩塊蛋牛都係覺得非常單薄。入口嚇親,無蛋味亦無牛味既?口感好乾,無肉汁無蛋汁,求其咬三啖消滅算數。雙併 $10 蚊一分錢一分貨!

腿蛋治,真係做到 0.02 極薄好刀功!刀功細膩薄切!唯有掉棄兩塊毛巾麵包,將所兩片火腿兩片炒蛋集合增加存在感,味道好多了!

餐蛋治,餐肉跟火腿同樣超薄,外觀十分相似,餐腿莫辨。將毛巾麵包壓薄跟餐蛋一樣厚,大啖大啖地狂噬心裡好過一點。凍冰冰麵包,摸落軟塾食落似紙皮,欠缺肥美可口的薄薄炒蛋及餐肉,沒有蛋香沒有肉香更沒有油香,充饑過過口癮罷了!

蛋牛治,蛋牛薄衣衣咸牛少牛油少。23rd March 2018 ( 大發餐廳 ) ~ 腿蛋治,技藝利害 0.02 超薄炒蛋,拼埋微溫火腿無鑊氣可言,室溫未到冰冷,一分錢一分貨入得口。餐蛋治,乾麵包乾餐肉微暖。餐蛋治,虧本超薄 0.02 餐蛋,比 $10 蚊就是 $10 蚊的厚度。

熱奶茶,味道不錯,濃濃茶味,淡淡奶香,微滑順喉。硬覺得隻紙杯係比其他食肆細少少。一包糖落晒已經好甜,一啖可以飲晒,熱燙燙飲得到茶香飲得到奶滑。戒奶太耐近排飲返奶茶都肚瀉,不愛甜只加一包糖足夠。凍檸茶走甜,幾乎無冰真奇怪,紙杯特別細,檸檬就有三四片,杯凍檸茶都好濁下,酸酸澀澀散發濃濃茶味。

豉油皇炒上海麵,好奇試試超難食!頂左一半都要放棄,粗炒好似無烚過十分硬掘掘,食完勁勁勁頸渴要連飲兩杯水!聞就香噴噴,依舊硬掘掘,食落感覺未熟透一樣,油感十足食到嘴脣立立令,重口味食完勁頸渴。嬸嬸夾勁多比我,食唔晒啊!

豉油皇炒河,合格滿意!我要前面靚熱新鮮河粉,阿嬸係要夾後面凍冰冰不知閒置多久的河粉!彈滑完整不散碎,可以一氣呵成大大啖砌!生老抽味香濃,回味再回味,強而有力地揪擊我的味蕾,食完係有點渴,但好味道好食好食,辣椒醬都不用了!

豉油皇炒腸粉,已經變得凍冰冰,半分暖意也沒有,當食冷盤吧!厚厚滑嘟嘟油油的,不乾不粉不硬,豉油清爽得宜味道不濁,不需添加任何調味,真心食得過。

蛋牛治,超薄炒蛋包著零星的咸牛碎,剛剛做起熱辣辣。腿蛋治,凍冰冰都放了段時間,炒蛋跟火腿一樣薄衣衣,大風少少都吹走,一分錢一分貨 $10 蚊份。

餐蛋牛治,沒有三餸提供,唯有自製三餸三文治,不過似乎有點貴又浪費,試一次便夠,罪過罪過。凍的腿蛋,熱的餐蛋,一塊白麵包夾著,雖然麵包口感似毛巾,但起碼啖啖肉已舒服很多了。自製三餸三文治,成本極高$20 蚊。

豉油皇炒即食麵,不吃不吃還需吃,心裡叫住停不要再食,但身體非常誠實,停不了地塞入嘴仔,雖然沒半點暖意,冷冰冰的麵條,除味道寡少少外都炒得可以。微腍帶黏乾身嚥韌,搭著爽甜多汁椰菜同吃格外美味。初時還想走菜,好采心血來潮無出聲。一乾一濕,一咸一甜,兩者味道夾到不得了,不過嘆完有點口渴。

餐腿蛋治,自掏銀包買兩份腿蛋治餐蛋治合體,自製餐腿蛋治!餐腿蛋蛋治,造價高昂,質量平平,薄切乾乾餐肉,沒煎過的火腿,鞋鞋老蛋,水氣濕腍毛巾麵包,跟外賣即造茶記三寶治價錢差不多。

餐蛋治,點解要比包皮我?鞋烚烚而且本身麵包不是高級軟塾類。一分錢一分貨,$10 蚊就是給 $10 質素,分常合理公平。睇住大媽們剛做起都只係微溫,手腳慢吞吞合乎國情。

清炒菜芯,凍冰冰但勝在夠爽噴汁,菜甜味出眾,只是菜葉有少少澀味。室溫菜芯未算鮮嫩,合格的無渣不太老,趙到索索聲淡淡蒜香唔難食。清炒椰菜雖然有點油,但竟有驚喜的味道,爽嫩香甜無得頂呀!椰菜雖然已放涼毫無體溫,難得全部爽甜多汁,趙到索索聲。嬸嬸再次比勁多椰菜我,減三份一就剛剛好,唔想浪費唯有全部清掉。蒜蓉炒椰菜炒到偏腍,沒有爽脆質感,不過我鍾意。濃郁菜甜味,沒半點苦澀,有料!蒜蓉黃芽白真係焗到好黃,爽爽多汁多水唔難食。

菠蘿生炒骨肉多骨少啖啖肉,乾乾的嚥嚥韌韌,微酸微甜還可以。豉汁蒸雞只不過是雞全翼斬件,油膩感十足,味道合格,雞皮滑雞肉乾,斬碎當然會令肉汁大量流失最鬼憎。麻婆豆腐甜甜厚厚的芡汁杰撻撻,我要嫩滑豆腐,討厭硬豆腐,沒有肉碎作伴只有豆味。

豉汁蒸排骨,骨多肉少,濃烈帶濁的豆豉太多了!口水米鴨新菜色上市,從來未見過。老闆仲醒隻髀我嘆添,多謝多謝。啖啖結實嫩肉,皮薄不油膩,醬油入味香甜,還散發陣陣微弱辣香,食得過。

洋蔥豬扒,刀功了得豬扒薄切,比正常薄一半,口感差好遠,而且太薄容易煮到變得乾鞋,食紙皮的感覺。依塊質地剛到臨界點,可接受,味道咸味突出,未有洋蔥甜味出現。粟米豬扒好咸的豬扒,乾乾的麻麻地。魚香茄子加粟米汁味道超怪,我愛食棉滑茄子,但眼前腍到一劈漿糊好難食!洋蔥茄汁豬扒甜甜酸酸,乾硬鞋豬扒,唔難食但要比多點牙力。

蒜蓉炒蒜芯最初我都非常疑惑是否韮菜花,蒜芯都幾冷門,廚師都好有心,間中會轉一兩款菜色,大家無咁悶,可以增添少少樂趣。先來爽脆,趙到裡面粉粉的甜甜的,蒜頭的粉感,好重果實甜味不太適合我。滷水雞翼最憎斬到細細舊,搞到肉汁流失乾爭爭,而且食到成口都骨碎。

大豆芽室溫大大堆多汁爽爽微甜,芡汁有點濁不夠清新可口,點解要有根呢?瘦猛猛的不肥美不爽甜多汁,粗糙的口感加上長長的根部使得粗糙感倍增,食幾啖已不想食咯。生炒骨酸酸的甜度弱,骨多肉少乾乾的肉而少少脆。洋蔥豬扒,老闆叔叔不厭其煩專登搵件最大的給我,多謝您啊!半塊豬扒最衰勁咸,非常鞋帶硬呢。

豉汁蒸雞,雞翼碎上極度討厭,中翼一開三,雞膇一開三,細粒到最初還以為排骨。超多骨碎,雞骨尖尖經常吉到嘴,要食得格外小心。肉汁水份流失,乾乾硬硬,豆豉味突出混點肉味可以的,豆卜索汁水潤嚥韌。炆節瓜,瓜清甜鮮味爆水。

椰菜冬瓜豆卜洋蔥豬扒,薄切軟爭爭咸咸瘀黑色的炸豬扒,還入得到口的。冬瓜多汁爆水清爽味道,豆卜無切開微烚嚥韌香口,椰菜爽甜輕輕的調味已十分足夠。黑椒豬扒菠蘿生炒骨,黑椒豬扒重口味,咸咸的黑椒汁免強頂得住,醃味也不輕手,乾乾的肉質有嚼口。生炒骨微微的酸濕濕的表面,骨肉參半唔難食。

豆卜炆冬瓜,大大舊極為爽脆,爆汁甜美。豆卜嚥韌香口沒怎麼特別,食完都幾頸渴。豉油皇米鴨,肥騰騰的頸部立即掉丟,幸好有髀食,不太咸的豉油,結實的肉。豉汁蒸鯇魚,咸咸的豉汁,勁多骨的魚背脊,魚肉算滑有著陣陣魚腥味。

紅燒雞全翼怪怪的紅燒底,滷水浸得通透略咸,連骨都都在霉霉粉碎邊緣。豉汁排骨結實的質肉十分有咬口,有軟骨脆卜卜點綴一下才沒那麼悶。番茄炒蛋完全無溝通,蛋還蛋、茄還茄,只掉係路邊自生自滅,反而炒老蛋裡面夾雜少許的洋蔥絲。幸好炒蛋夠香有咸味無洋蔥味,微濕唔難食,細細番茄角,酸酸爽爽少少汁。

洋蔥番茄炒蛋,成盤只得幾片番茄真係唔想點,點解炒蛋要落洋蔥呢?凍凍全熟蛋未算老,濕濕倒汗水感覺,有咸味有蛋味唔難食。梅菜蒸肉餅,遠望以為係咸魚肉餅,夾起終於見到零星的梅菜蓉,刀功十分利害。給多一點時間嘴嚼,可以食到梅菜甜味的。十足蘿蔔糕般大大舊肉餅,質地實淨乾乾黏黏,味道濃得不過份,淨食都可以駑駕得到,撈飯食應該會加更開心美味。

魚香茄子,真的嗎?明明係豆醬咸魚肉碎味,酸酸地咸魚味好鬼奇怪,茄子腍劈劈,醬汁杰撻撻冷冰冰,口感有點可怕,硬著頭皮食掉大半。黑椒豬扒,薄切鞋烚烚略咸,過過口癮話晒有肉食。

人家本來想去燦記飲湯架,最後得返十五分鐘,唯有外賣食大發。買完外賣返到公司 lunch 又得返 5 分鐘,倒落肚都唔掂呀!次次 order 既都差不多,相同之處就係油,不過味道唔錯架喎。新開既台日便當 lunch 都賣三餸,朝早都係賣豉油皇炒粉麵,但難食之處多到難以形容。隔離民裕快餐三餸始終不敵大發,最終投降轉賣炒粉麵飯,大發依舊每日 lunch 排晒長龍。麻婆豆腐同蕃茄炒蛋都好靚仔啊,好想食呀!但我叫淨餸無飯撈,都係算啦!堂食 3 餸 HKD28,外賣平兩蚊 HKD26,送例湯多謝,非常經濟又夠飽肚而大受歡迎。 蒜蓉芥蘭索晒豉汁排骨既油,堅係油菜!本身已好油,油上加油。芥蘭葉厚而粗糙,莖微爽帶草青味,要用勁蒜勁油遮蓋。油淋淋而無半點菜甜味,一砌只靠鹽及蒜蓉調味。勁油帶澀蒜炒芥蘭,爽脆就爽脆既。依舊炒到巢皮,有菜甜味講不上,蒜味強勁,油跟蒜既味道非常濃烈,唔難食,保持葉厚而澀、莖爽而帶草青味,油就必定喇。炒菜芯正常地多油,有少少渣而帶水青味,沒有半甜鮮菜甜味。咕嚕肉非常滿意,雖然粉多到有點嚇人,粉略多了一點。味道夠濃,酸甜得宜,甜酸味夠濃夠開胃,肉多骨少啖啖肉、骨頭少,穩陣又好少失手。

炒菜芯正常地多油,有少少渣而帶水青味,沒有半甜鮮菜甜味。

咕嚕肉非常滿意,雖然粉多到有點嚇人,粉略多了一點。味道夠濃,酸甜得宜,甜酸味夠濃夠開胃,肉多骨少啖啖肉、骨頭少,穩陣又好少失手。咕嚕肉做得較好,偏厚炸粉睇落特別大舊,索晒大量濃郁甜酸汁好開胃及增加食慾。

豉汁蒸鯇魚豆豉味強烈,油浸鯇魚,打鱗未夠乾淨,蒸得有點過火,魚肉未見滑溜,整體入得口,唔難食。

豉汁排骨斬到太細舊,骨多肉少又骨碎多,食得唔舒服,濃烈豆豉味濁而咸,肉質偏硬。豉汁排骨彷如天生油物,油淋淋但骨杉杉無肉食,斬到又太細舊淨係損骨頭,重鹽重豆豉味,咸且濁。

洋蔥豬扒最咸!略咸還可接受,質地腍中帶咬口。肉質乸過不太過火,調味過份重手,可能配上白飯會較好。又咸又油,唔想浪費要格硬食,陰功豬啊!

咖哩雞全翼斬到太細舊,貪佢快熟又易入味?勁多碎骨囉,搞到肉汁流失乾爭爭唔夠滑,討厭。

滷水雞全翼浸既時間掌握得恰到好處,皮香肉嫩帶肉汁,外皮完整,裡面肉質保持濕潤,而且滷水味道濃而不嗆不濁,good!外皮滑溜裡面 Juicy,透出滷水淡淡清香,好食過發記車仔麵同民康小食喎,終於發現樣好食無投訴架喇。

看似靚仔美味既黑椒雞扒,金玉其外、敗絮其中!炸過既?好乾硬,而且重口味幾咸下呢。

清紅蘿蔔瘦肉湯,每款例湯味道都一樣、顏色都一樣,煲開湯一睇就知。味精湯,好過無,算啦。冬瓜湯,不過不失,真係任何湯都同一隻味道,好利害。青紅蘿蔔湯,食完重口味又油淋淋既淨餸,黎個清淡味精湯漱漱口都幾好。

幾年前仲係 HKD5 蚊包,依家要 HKD7 蚊包,加幅達 40% 呀!我份人工五年都升唔到 10% 呢!黑面肥姐繼續係度助陣,依舊一臉唔憂做既表情同態度,可能又熱又忙到燥掛,唧都唔笑,笑下啦。殷勤、開心點好麻?可能對住班強國阿嬸員工嘔晒血!

三餸飯送個例湯多謝 HKD26 蚊,紅磡區黎講都叫做經濟既。雖然食完有點頸渴,但真係幾好味架喎,但係油左啲囉。冬瓜瘦肉湯,夏天未到已經有冬瓜湯飲喇,有一點味精,還可以啦。菠蘿生炒骨、洋蔥豬扒、蒜蓉炒菜芯, 菠蘿生炒骨。最好食今次,薄薄一層炸漿夠香口,舊舊啖啖肉包住中間骨頭,甜酸度剛好,仲帶青椒洋蔥香味。洋蔥豬扒夠高質,肉香軟棉有肉汁,散發著洋蔥汁既清甜。菜芯都係來貨麻麻,每次都強差人意,未算太差既,但可以再嫩一點再清甜一點。
