To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不知道原來金鐘都開了Brick Lane,我記得上一次吃已經是幾年前在尖沙咀的時候!記得上次是和朋友吃all day breakfast,這次決定來試試它們的Set dinner!法式焗釀蝦沙律很大隻的蝦,開邊焗,焗得好香,蝦肉十分彈牙,沙律菜好新鮮!這晚的湯是周打蜆湯,有蜆肉、薯仔和其他蔬菜,以忌廉煮出濃厚的口感,味道偏淡。我喜歡配搭餐包一起吃!主菜我選了海鱸魚藍青口!將厚身鱸魚扒用低火煎香兩面,配以清新的蕃茄醬汁。我很喜歡鱸魚的鮮味,魚肉很厚實,沒有土腥味!連殼藍青口肉嫩無渣,味夠濃,鮮茄燴藍青口,更能令鮮味提昇!醬汁是鮮茄濃湯,酸酸甜甜好醒胃,裡面有好多蔬菜粒!我們另外點了雜莓Pancake,這款是Dutch pancake,外面有點糖霜,新鮮的雜莓,酥脆金黃又蓬鬆,中心有點厚度,香口軟綿且富有韌性,加上蜜糖,不會甜到膩!
