朋友生日,應承咗佢好耐會請佢食生日飯,今晚就豪一豪。朋友特別鍾意日式居酒屋,位於南洋中心嘅呢間沃川雖然地點有些許隱蔽,但勝在好評多,中伏機會都細啲。門面相當精緻,真係好似日式居酒屋咁。好在我哋嚟得早,唔需要等位。店內除咗普通餐枱之外,仲有吧枱位,一個人食都唔會尷尬,可惜圍板有啲高,睇唔到廚師烹調嘅過程。前菜$20一位,係日式汁煮海螺,都幾大隻,口感彈牙,味道鮮美,作為前菜非常出色👍🏻安康魚肝係侍應推薦,話依家當造,本來都有啲猶豫,上網一查話可以媲美鵝肝,見價錢唔算貴,一試無妨。味道真係有啲似鵝肝,不過佢係凍食,我覺得幾鮮味,但朋友就嫌有少少魚腥味。北寄貝刺身肉質肥厚,口感爽脆,入口甘甜,新鮮程度無從置疑😋白鱔串燒加上柚子同鹽提升鮮味,肉質肥厚,而且油脂豐富,重點係外皮烤得非常香脆,係我食過嘅串燒白鱔之中最好食♥️照燒雞腿同樣冇令人失望,外皮非常香脆,皮肉之間冇過多嘅脂肪,雞味香濃,唔需要過多嘅調味已經足夠👍🏻粟米天扶良係最令人驚艷嘅一道,雖然聽落簡單,但實在係一試難忘!用上日本新鮮粟米,巧手整成片狀,包上薄薄嘅炸粉,口感鬆脆,味道鮮甜,必需一試😉黑醬油湯底濃淡得宜,侍應好細心,問我哋係咪
