To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在中環準備一個人的晚餐，剛好在The Landmark，想起歷山大廈有間新開的拉麵店，就前來一試。拉麵連沾麵一共5款，另外有串燒、壽司、小食，食物選擇都算多，還有好多酒精飲品可供選擇。雖然主打是拉麵，但我覺得更像是一間居酒屋，環境裝修都好適合幾個朋友來邊食邊飲。點了一客拉麵同四款串燒。拉麵是焦香味噌，湯底好惹味，適合重口味人仕，叉燒同麵質都不錯👍🏻 串燒就正常發揮，以中環來說，性價比不錯👌🏻拉麵的湯底都好深色，剛好著白色衫，彈到上身、整污糟咗少少，我清潔的時候，有店員留意到，主動提供紙圍裙同清潔衣服的濕紙巾，相當貼心👍🏻
