To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二月三日 (星期一)連續三日的竹戰,雖有所斬獲,但也令腦袋疲倦大年初四,開始健康生活,先到附近跑步做點運動接著來到德福,為是夜開年飯作好準備~到超市前,來到牛角吃個快快的午餐因為下午要看戲,所以準備菜式的時間所餘無幾今日沒有了燒肉午餐,那就試試他們的飯麵類吧!辣油牛肉温泉玉子飯見到餐牌上的圖片,賣相吸引,一於試試辣油配上麻油,吃落非常香口惹味,辣度亦容易接受牛肉薄切,口感鬆化,沾上蛋汁吃鮮味十足略嫌是肥膩了一點,不宜常吃記得早前在這裡也吃過豆乳牛肉湯烏冬相比下,今回的湯底明顯較淡口用上牛肋肉,牛味香濃又軟腍用熱鍋子盛著能保持溫度,烏冬的質地彈牙突收到侍者送上的膠電話套和抹布很細心,因這裡很大人吃燒物,佷大油煙,這個配搭最適合不過
