能夠在這疫情下擴張生意, 特別對飲食業界而言, 真的相當厲害. Nutmad是其中一間我最欣賞的工廈Cafe, 無他, 就是因為菜式高質有心思, 而且擺盤比絕大部份同類食肆更精緻. 新的Nutmad能夠脫離工廈, 在新商場上站穩陣腳, 除了餐廳面積更大之外, 位置也更方便更就腳.Nutmad的名物之一西多士非常惹味, 份量也非常多, 兩個人也許也吃不消. 新店有一半份量的選擇, 更適合作為餐後甜品. 蛋香濃烈, 而且內裡軟糯得如麵包布甸一樣, Tiramisu口味除了有自家Espresso外, 雪糕配上Mascarpone Cheese也是邪惡非常, 甚至比起原本版本更吸引.另一道名物慢煮黑毛豬鞍則有少少失望, 肉質依然嫩滑, 肉香和肉汁也依然豐盈, 只是火候控制差了一點, 特別是兩面的焦糖外層不夠香脆, 咬完相當黏口, 希望在恢復堂食後再長一點的時間, 水準能回復穩定就好.Nutmad had been relocated at the shopping mall. Nutmad had been relocated at the shopping mall. Compared to the previous one, larger area and better accessibility should be able to attract more visitors. Her French toast is still incredible with excellent egg aroma and texture. The home blended espresso, ice cream together with the mascarpone cheese hybridized the French toast with great taste or tiramisu. The availability of half portion allowed us to taste it as dessert of set lunch. However the slow cooker pork rack is a bit disappointed as the caramel out layer is too sticky and not crispy enough.
