To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ricky推介有時都好伏，牛雜窩指月，居酒屋Hungry Monkey⋯⋯係吹大咗or餐廳唔爭氣就不得而知。今日試呢間都係佢介紹，見佢一條片隊三碗嘢：紫菜魚蛋湯 牛雜麵 崩沙腩麵，網紅真的不易做！又或者真係咁好味？我信佢㗎！因為我都試過食完蘭香雞腸米，再去耀記食雲吞麵，最後去新花整多碗清湯腩河。七點左右直入有位，舖位算細間，約八成坐滿，本來想叫腩雜河，但雙拼要加$20，第一次食暫不考慮，只係叫了一碗牛腩米線。麵湯唔差，米線就腍咗少許影響晒個口感，牛腩賣相靚仔，面嗰4件簡直滿分，下面搭咗D差少少嘅，不過牛腩同崩沙腩相信差$16，完全體諒。剩係講面嗰幾舊，肉味重但唔會韌，雖然不是我喜歡的類型，但確實不錯！辣椒油不俗，令碗麵再加分。呢種質素喺油尖旺賣呢個價錢，值頭係抵食！是日消費：牛腩米線$46 凍檸茶(跟餐)$8共 $54
