To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

人氣新加坡海南雞飯🐓，初到港時日日大排長龍，就算去到門口，見到條人龍都放棄。最近熱潮過去，難得平日放假就去朝聖下。下午三點，只有三幾枱客。有午餐供應，其實即係正價叫海南雞飯送普通飲品。如果要特別啲嘅野飲就要加錢。入正題，海南雞飯，先講雞，我冇特別加錢要脾，碟雞有唔同部位，脾真係好滑，胸就幾嚡，雞味唔重但都算唔錯。醬汁我覺得甜豉油早好食，好夾。再講個飯，好香葱蒜味，唔油，好食。仲有個湯，清清地有件豆腐。所有野夾埋一齊係值得食，但如果要排隊食，我就覺得唔值喇
