To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日驕陽似火😎🥵，和朋友走到中環搵地方食lunch ，經過卑利街見到一間cafe ，門面好有文青feel，望下menu 有沙律、乳酪、意粉和coffee 花茶☕，熱辣辣都係想食 fresh and green 。☘️ 店舖不大但感覺開揚舒適，特別之處它有後花園的🤭。牆上貼上很多資訊，原來老闆是一位好有heart♥️ 和有story🧑‍🍳 的人，想知多啲就要親身去了解下。😉原來呢間店主打健康和美味的食品，養牌上還會列出食物的卡路里、蛋白質、碳水化合物和總脂肪，好合適一些注重體重和健康管理的人士。我哋點咗#輕煎帶子黑松露菠菜牛肝菌意粉、#煙三文魚牛油果野菜沙律、#原味乳酪碗、#亞麻籽紅肉火龍果汁及#Special Tea 夏（花茶）。意粉味道不過不失，沙律很清新開胃，乳酪碗非常美味，火龍果汁夏天飲一流😃。座落中環地區，想不到價錢很貼地，我哋都享受了一頓很健康又美味的lunch，好滿足咁離開。
