To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

封關到到都冇得去，最想食嘅地方菜，就係我哋中國最好食嘅上海菜。喺上網搵邊度香港有上海菜食，就搵到呢一間上海弄堂。幾經辛苦經過Google Maps帶路，走入中環後巷，位置清靜，真係好似喺「弄堂」入邊。當晚我哋到餐廳，時間只係六點幾,人算多唔使等位！第一樣嘢叫嘅就係酸辣湯，喺上海住過嘅朋友都話好有地道口味，唔使加醋，齋食佢嘅辣味，已經好嘢未啦！另一樣我哋叫嘅，就係佢新推出嘅養生湯，響螺蟲草燉雞十全養生湯，響螺蟲草燉雞十全養生湯，餐廳聲稱沒有味精，用了都算十足，起碼好有濃郁嘅雞味呀！最好食嘅就係佢啲餛飩！分別叫咗韭菜豬肉餛飩，皮外皮唔算口，每粒餛飩都算大粒，亦有咬口！至於餐廳嘅年糕，醬汁口味非常充足，不會感覺太鹹，而且份量都算多，所以兩個人食就非常飽啦！
