To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想當年,尖東帝苑酒店地庫,一邊是帝苑軒,另一邊是一間酒吧名Falcon,是那種「壹號皇庭」feel的中高端酒吧。後來酒吧不做了,這個位置開設北京東來順。我一向都喜歡吃羊肉,涮羊肉更加覺得別有一番風味,所以耐不耐也會故地重遊回來光顧。東來順給我的印象很好,當年的價格已相當高級,但餐廳的裝潢和格調總給我一種氣度。當然,我最希望的涮羊鍋是傳統中間凸起的那種,在北京吃到的那種。這裡雖然沒有這種鍋,但食物質素很滿意。闊別多年,朋友宴請,回到這個曾留下很多腳印的地方,感覺依然,出品依然。人多當然算了鴛鴦鍋,以羊肉而聞名的東來順羊肉當然出色,終於有一次打邊爐的主角是羊肉而不是我不吃的牛肉。特別要推介的是烤羊串,非常出色,非常惹味,吃完第一輪我encore再點多幾串,真好味!另外,前菜的那一碟花生,我懷疑是餐廳新鮮炸的,否則沒有理由這麼脆這麼鮮味,大家千祈不要留肚,一定要食!
