To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夏天時份去預約,等左最少4個月,終於係年尾接近完結前一天品嘗到,😁😁午餐餐牌主要係行政套餐👇🏻4道菜同3道菜主要係有冇甜品,而且價錢只是相差$20,加上等左咁耐先至有得食,我哋更係要4道菜啦😬😬是日老火湯,螺頭燉竹絲雞,味道清甜,熱騰騰冬天飲一流金錢蟹肉冬茹盒,非常爽脆,入口覺得似食蘿蔔絲,唔多似蟹肉,不過味道就非常好👍🏻酥炸金針菇也非常脆卜卜,外面脆之餘,而內裏的食物沒有炸到乾,仍然保留到本身嘅味道,值得一讚慢煮乾蔥崛滑鷄也是相當不錯,鋪面既乾蔥頭帶點少少酸味,估計可能🤔用梅子汁醃製,令人開胃,而雞肉介乎於嫩滑和硬實中間,有點兒似家鄉菜,適合我哋嘅胃口牛肮腩非常諗滑,配菜方面就有牛牛既friend 支竹和白蘿白,胡椒味並不濃,味道可口甜品就不用多說,總括來說,非常美味的午餐
