呢間主打用到內臟製作菜式既米芝蓮名店，真係第一次要咁早前預約，因為朋友驚無得食😂😂-鴨肉意粉❤最鐘意食意鋪滿曬醬汁，新鮮濃香蕃茄細，意粉係餐廳自家製，軟硬一半一半，係我個人本人喜愛口感，好唔鐘意太軟熟既感覺，無咩食過鴨肉意粉，配搭出味道驚喜融和，鴨肉嫩滑香口桑葚tart❤無諗個成個tart都係咁多粒mulberry ，比我想像中意外接受到，食落唔係好酸感覺而且唔膩因我本人食前都怕自己唔中意食，但餐廳將所有味道配合得好好！鱈魚肚❤雖然平時都會食魚肚但西式食開鱈魚多數炸同煎，鱈魚肚真係無係香港餐廳食過，完全唔腥，非常細膩、溫和，還略帶甜味，代替平時肉醬配搭薯蓉，多左層口感同獨特帶點海鮮鮮味

雖然平時都會食魚肚
但西式食開鱈魚多數炸同煎，鱈魚肚真係無係香港餐廳食過，完全唔腥，非常細膩、溫和，還略帶甜味，代替平時肉醬配搭薯蓉，多左層口感同獨特帶點海鮮鮮味
