To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次終於比我試到，食落去係比較煙韌，食得出佢有魚肉味，真係唔係平時嗰啲燒賣，真心好好食，食一串真係唔夠。加埋佢個辣汁，少少炒香過嘅辣椒，簡直食唔停，差啲仲食晒朋友個串😂😂

自己本身唔係太鍾意食魚蛋，又拎咗朋友一粒試下，魚蛋個質感比較厚實，唔係彈牙嗰隻，加上自己麻麻哋魚蛋，都係食返燒賣開心啲
